Donghao Ren


I'm Donghao Ren, a second year Ph.D. student in the Department of Computer Science, University of California, Santa Barbara. I'm working in the Four Eyes Lab, advised by Prof. Tobias Höllerer. I received my bachelor degree from Peking University in 2013, where I worked in PKU Visualization and Visual Analytics Group as an undergraduate research assistant advised by Prof. Xiaoru Yuan.

My general research interests are Information Visualization, Virtual / Augmented Reality and Machine Learning. During my undergraduate studies, I worked on research projects in high-dimensional data visualization and social network visualization (see Project/WeiboEvents). I'm currently working on flexible and interactive ways to design information visualizations, and performance visualizations for machine learning.
